Hosting Free | Quick Rules

We strive to make our free hosting do as open and truly free as possible in use and limits. However, there is also a need to set certain rules.
Below we list the use of frehosting, which IS NOT allowed. The use of hosting for the purposes listed below will result in deletion of such hosting .
You can also read about applying “self-cleaning” mechanisms to inactive hosting. All other than those specified herein shall be deemed to be authorised:)

• is not allowed to operate freehosting in violation of the CZECH legal order. This rule is superior to all others.
• is forbidden to operate websites with erotic/sexual themes including dating sites, erotic bazaars, chats and eshops. In the event of a dispute about the site’s focus, the operator is final.
• is forbidden to run applications/scripts designed for hacking. This means not only their public exposure, but also their storage on FTP.
• is forbidden to use freehosting just as an FTP repository. The site must have publicly accessible pages over HTTP. Sites that do not meet this condition will automatically be deleted a month after they are created.
• If your hosting is identified as the originator of problems on the server (running undebugged scripts burdening the server, attacking the site by inserting phishing content, unmanaged forum full of bad spam) $
  Such hosting is first stopped and the owner is informed. In case of non-response and non-remediation, all stopped hosts after a month’s duration have been deleted.
• Web sites that display HTTP code 403 (Forbidden) will be deleted after a month’s duration.
• Sites with invalid domain (expired domain. TK, other expired domain level 2), or domain not on the free hosting server will be deleted after the month of this state.
• sites that contain only the default Welcome page (recorded automatically when the hosting is set up) will be deleted after the month of the backrest status.
